The LU2000-SMPTE2110 1U rack-mount decoder is used to receive, decode, playout and distribute any HEVC/H.264 video transmissions sent by LiveU’s range of field units – outputting them over IP using the SMPTE 2110 protocol.

Seamless IP connectivity
The LU2000-SMPTE2110 can receive multiple preview feeds, allowing the remote operator to select the feed/s played out for local consumption. The server can simultaneously output two full HD streams over the IP-based SMPTE 2110 protocol. Seamless redundancy is achieved by using the two 25 Gbps ETH ports, ensuring the highest level of reliability at all times.
